Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/3 tsp ground cloves
4 large eggs
2 cans pumpkin
1 can carnation evaported milk
2 unbaked 9 inch dep dish pie shells

Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mix. Gradually stir in evaporated ilk. Pour into pie shells. Bake in preheated oven at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 F and bake 40 to 50 mimnutes. Let cool and serve, or refrigerate.
