In regards to diet, you can make sure you eat a couple of servings of fish each week to get your Omega 3 fatty acids in, which will help your body fight unwanted inflammation. I also belive the more pure you can eat, the better it is for your body overall. Toxins will cause a response from your body which will cause inflammation. Being overweight is another risk factor for chronic inflammation. Regular exercise not only gives your body a chance to fight inflammation, but also makes you less likely to become obese.
