German Pancakes

3 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar

Beat eggs. Add water, milk, flour, salt and sugar. Beat into a smooth batter. Grease skillet with butter (or spray) and heat over medium heat. Pour batter onto center of hot skillet and tip skillet until batter is evenly distributed over whole pan (you want an almost paperthin layer). Cook over medium heat until lightly golden. Flip and cook other side until golden as well. Remove from skillet and serve.
You may decide this is not sweet enough. You can either add another 1/2 cup of sugar, or distribute jelly over the surface, roll and eat.
