Chili

1 lb Minced Meat
6 cans Kindey Beans, drained
4 cans diced tomatoes roasted garlic
1 lb montary jack cheese grated
6 medium onions, chopped
1 Banana Pepper, chopped
1 Red Chili pepper, chopped
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Oregano
12 tsp Chili Powder

Brown meat with salt and pepper in buttered pan. Add onions and other spices. Add beans, tomatoes and peppers. Add half cheese and cook for 1/2 hour. Serve. Use rest of cheese for topping.
As an alternative, you can brown everything and put it in a slow cooker and cook it for 2 hours on high.
You can also add extra spice by adding other peppers
